24/7 Call Out
We understand our some of our customers have an unrelenting work schedule. We also know that things break when most inconvenient.
As such, we operate a 24/7 breakdown call out service for our customers, where we can replace hydraulic hoses, supply bearings and even provide oil.

Service Scheduling
Many of our customers require their pressure washers, compressors and pumps servicing.
We now have a electronic calendar system, that makes it as easy as just asking to be put on. Once you have been put onto our servicing schedule we will give you a call at the start of the month to let you know that the service is due. After checking that the date is appropriate for yourself, our engineer will service your machine and we will report any important feedback.
You need never worry about missing machinery service dates again!
Delivery & Couriers
We have facilities to organise delivery of large orders that would otherwise be impractical to pick up. Generally this is done when we are ‘passing by’.
We also use several courier and delivery services to be able to transport typically prohibited and very large items such as oils or long lengths of large diameter hoses.
Site Visits
Whether it is for a one off quote or for a more in depth stocking evaluation, we would be happy to visit your site.
We regularly visit customers to quote on larger pneumatic, hydraulic and pressure washer jobs, as we find we provide a better quality quote after visiting our customer. In many cases we also can bring along a supplier representative who has greater knowledge in the field so as to be certain that we recommend the correct products.
